Why do I work with coaching?
I am drawn to people with a strong commitment.
I sympathies strongly with someone who has a 200% workload to make them feel good enough or that they can deliver on the highest expectations.
I recognise the behaviour of a young person who strives for a career and influence, but perhaps internally questions their goals and choices.
I empathies with a frustrated manager who is struggling with concerns about employees, budgets and responsibilities.
To be able to witness that change from unconsciousness to being in ones full capacity by coaching, is WHY!
